New Delhi: The suicide bomber behind the deadly car explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort had allegedly planned to park his explosives laden Hyundai i20 near Lal Mandir, a Jain temple, before traffic and police presence forced him to change direction, according to the National Investigation Agency’s chargesheet. New Delhi: Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has expressed disappointment over the prolonged delay in completing the Mumbai Goa Highway, saying he had already decided not to attend its inauguration because he felt ashamed that the project had taken so long.
