New Delhi: Delhi has put in place an extensive security and traffic plan ahead of the BRICS Summit, scheduled from September 11 to 13 at Bharat Mandapam. New Delhi: Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has expressed disappointment over the prolonged delay in completing the Mumbai Goa Highway, saying he had already decided not to attend its inauguration because he felt ashamed that the project had taken so long.
