New Delhi: The Centre has rolled out a comprehensive 23-point action plan to accelerate the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, outlining reforms across education, sports, technology, agriculture, manufacturing and governance. Ranchi: Tension gripped several parts of Jharkhand on Friday after clashes broke out between protesting students, police and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) workers during demonstrations over the state’s recruitment controversy.
