CURCHOREM: Two unidentified persons allegedly broke into the kitchen of a catering establishment in Curchorem in the early hours of July 3 and decamped with brass utensils worth ₹13,800.
According to Curchorem Police, the theft took place at around 3:19 am at Shree Kamaxi Caterers in Bhatniwada, owned by complainant Prajot Naik. The accused, reportedly wearing raincoats, allegedly gained entry by breaking open the lock of the kitchen door.
The intruders stole various brass utensils valued at ₹13,800 before fleeing from the spot with the stolen property.
Curchorem Police have registered a case, and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Pramod Tari.
