MAPUSA: Anjuna Police have registered a case of housebreaking and theft after unidentified burglars allegedly broke into a villa at Nagoa, Bardez, and decamped with seven mobile phones and two charging adapters.
According to the complaint lodged by 24-year-old Trisha Kedia, a student from Hyderabad, the theft occurred at around 4 am on July 5 at Villa Olive, Nagoa. Police said the accused gained entry into the villa through an open kitchen window before stealing the devices kept inside the premises.
The stolen items include an Oppo F21 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Plus, Samsung mobile phone, Samsung S22, and two mobile phone charging adapters.
Anjuna Police have registered an offence, and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Saish Shetgaonkar.
