PANAJI: Panaji Police have registered an offence against a café manager for allegedly stealing cash and misusing an ATM card belonging to his employer, resulting in a total loss of ₹7.7 lakh.
According to a complaint filed by Mrs. Bijal Shah, a resident of Milroc Society, Kadamba, Old Goa, the accused, Tamshuk Saha, was working as a manager at her café “House by B” in Panaji.
The complaint states that between October 29, 2025, and April 17, 2026, the accused allegedly stole the complainant’s ATM debit card and withdrew ₹6,00,000 from her account.
He is also accused of stealing ₹1,70,000 in cash from the café during the same period.
Police said the offence was registered on April 23 at 9:03 PM, and further investigation is in progress with PSI Deepesh D. Shetkar.
