PANAJI: Sub District Hospital, Chicalim has been awarded the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification with an impressive score of 95.71%, marking a major milestone for public healthcare in Goa.
Health Minister Vishwajit Rane congratulated the doctors, nurses, staff, and the entire hospital team for their dedication and hard work that led to the achievement.
“This milestone reflects our commitment to delivering accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare to every citizen of Goa — in line with the vision of Health for All,” Rane said.
He further emphasised the government’s continued focus on strengthening healthcare infrastructure across the state and ensuring global standards of medical care are accessible in every corner of Goa.
