PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has assured that the State Government is taking steps to resolve the long-pending land issue concerning Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) at Valpoi.
Responding to concerns over the matter, the Chief Minister said the government is actively pursuing a solution and will make efforts to settle the dispute at the earliest so that the institution’s development is not affected.
Dr. Sawant stated that the concerned departments will work together to address the pending issues and complete the required process in a time-bound manner. He emphasised that providing quality educational infrastructure remains one of the government’s priorities.
He also said that resolving the land dispute would help facilitate future expansion and infrastructure development at the school, ensuring a better learning environment for students.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that the issue would be settled soon through coordinated efforts, allowing the institution to move forward without further delays.
