PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today thanked the people of Goa for reposing their faith in the pro-development agenda of the BJP.
“I thank the people of Goa for reposing their faith in the pro-development agenda of BJP by giving a clear 3-0 victory in favour of BJP+ in Zilla Panchayat Bye-Elections,” said Sawant.
He further said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and with the guidance of BJP National President J.P Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah, the BJP Government in Goa continues to work towards fulfilling the aspirations of the people.
The BJP clean swept the Zilla Parishad by pollster winning Davorlim and Reis Magos seats, while party backed independent candidate won in Cortalim.
