PANAJI: Hearing in the Criminal Revision Applications filed by Digambar Kamat and Churchill Alemao in the case filed against them by Directorate of Enforcement, Govt of India has been adjourned to June 14,2024.
The case has been adjourned at the request of the counsels of Kamat and Alemao. Office objections in the case would be cleared within a week from today so that the revision applications can be awarded a regular number, Court was told.
