MARDOL: Mardol Police have registered an unnatural death case after the body of a 73-year-old fisherman was found floating in the river near the Madkai ferry point on Thursday morning.
According to police, information was received at around 10.15 am on June 4 that a body was seen floating near the ferry point at Madkai. A police team rushed to the spot and, with the assistance of local residents, retrieved the body from the water.
