PONDA: Ponda Police booked four Bandora locals for assaulting Khandepar Youth.
According to Ponda PI the incident took place on 3 May. The Complainant Bhomi Varak s/o Bapu Varak, ag 32 yrs, r-o H No. 543/1 Keriyan, Khandepar filed complaint.
Accused booked for offence are 1. Viraj Naik, 2. Prathmesh Ramnathkar, 3. Ajay Naik, 4.Bhushan Bandodkar all r/o Bandora Ponda Goa.
The accused On 03/05/2023 at 19.30 hrs at Ramanathi the above noted accused person with their common intention damage Splendor M/cycle bearing reg. No. GA 05 H 6045 of the complainant, abused and further assaulted with iron rod to the complainant and his friend Babal Naik and threatened with dire consequence to kill them.
The injured were shifted to hospital.
Hence registered Ponda PS CR U/sec 427,504,324,506(ii) r/w 34 IPC.
Ponda PI Vijaykumar said one accuse Viraj Naik arrested other accused not found.
