ANJUNA: Anjuna Police have registered a case against a 43-year-old French national for allegedly staying in Goa/India without possessing a valid visa.
The case, Anjuna P.S. Cr. No. 92/2026, was registered on September 2, 2026, at 7.49 pm under Section 23(a) of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025.
According to the police complaint filed by PSI Navneet Goltekar, attached to Anjuna Police Station, the accused, Gaelle Louise Daniele Pavillon, was allegedly found staying without a valid visa.
The alleged violation came to light on March 26, 2026, at around 8.35 pm near the crematorium at Aradi, Oxel, Siolim, Bardez, Goa.
Pavillon is currently lodged in judicial custody at Central Jail, Colvale, in connection with Anjuna P.S. Cr. No. 21/2026, registered under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985.
