PANAJI: The Goa Human Resource Development Corporation has clarified with reference to the news published in some local daily newspapers dated September 14, 2023 with regards to non receipt of salary to GHRDC employees.
It is clarified that the salary for the month of August 2023 is credited to all the employees of GHRDC on September 13, 2023 into their respective salary accounts. Mostly the salaries are disbursed to all the employees by 7th of every month.
GHRDC has also informed that the corporation has tied up with one of the nationalized bank for opening of salary accounts with some insurance benefits to the employees with effect from September 1, 2023.The delay in processing the salary for the month of August 2023 was merely due to the change in salary accounts of nearly 4000 employees.
GHRDC has stated that the allegation made in the said news that salary will be credited before the day of Ganesh Chaturthi is baseless and not true.
