Panaji: The Goa Police has promoted four Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) to the rank of Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) with immediate effect, according to an official order.
The order, issued by the Office of the Director General of Police, stated that the promotions were carried out based on the recommendations of the Police Establishment Board.
The officers promoted are Krishna G.S. Desai, Suresh N. Patil, Mohini R. Dessai, and Vinay S. Khot.
Following their elevation, the officers will be placed in the PSI rank under Pay Matrix Level-6, as per applicable government norms.
The promoted personnel have been directed to submit their acceptance for the new post and complete all necessary formalities in accordance with service rules.
