PANAJI: Goa today reported 4032 new covid positive cases today. While there were 1449 recoveries and 16 deaths today.
Covid claimed 16 more lives in Goa in the last 24 hours taking the death toll of the state to 2,760. Of the 16 deaths,10 were recorded at GMC, 5 at SGDH and one a Victor Hospital in South Goa.
A 71-year-old man from Quepem, 71-year-old woman from Mormugao, 68-year-old man from Bicholim, 56-year-old man from Margao, 42-year-old man from Baina, 78-year-old man from Velim, 28-year-old woman from Sangolda, 75-year-old woman from Chopdem, 50-year-old man from Dharbandora, 52-year-old woman from Calangute, 75-year-old woman from Shiroda, 73-year-old man from Khorlim, 32-year-old man from Khandepar, 75-year-old woman from Donapaula, 55-year-old woman from Bardez and a 52-year-old man from Canacona succumbed to covid in Goa in the last 24 hours.
