Panaji: The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mastercard to foster inbound and domestic tourism in the state through the innovative ‘priceless India’ platform.
This impactful collaboration marks a major step in enhancing the appeal of Goa as a top-tier tourist hotspot, utilizing Mastercard’s Priceless platform to craft unique travel experiences for travellers coming to the state.
Suneel Anchipaka, IAS, Director, Tourism & Managing Director, GTDC, said, “This collaboration with Mastercard extends beyond mere promotion as it opens doors to a vast global network of travellers who seek authentic and memorable experiences. Through strategic marketing initiatives and targeted outreach efforts across multiple channels, Goa Tourism can effectively promote the region as a top-tier travel destination, capturing the imagination of travellers and inspiring them to embark on a journey of discovery in the state.”

As part of the collaboration, Mastercard will curate content and travel experiences, harnessing its Priceless platform to promote domestic and inbound tourism in Goa, with a special focus on showcasing its unique offerings to travellers worldwide. It includes implementing targeted marketing and promotional campaigns.
Mastercard’s Priceless platform enables its cardholders to access bespoke experiences in over 40 countries. With over 2,000 experiences, cardholders have an array of offerings to choose from in the world’s most exciting destinations. They can personalize their offers and benefits to meet their lifestyle needs.
