PANAJI: Senior leaders of the Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC), led by President Girish Chodankar, visited Tapobhumi Ashram at Kundaim on Thursday to seek the blessings of His Holiness Sadguru Brahmeshanand Swami Acharya.
The delegation included AICC General Secretary and Goa In-Charge Manikrao Thakare, Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao, GPCC Working Presidents Altone D’Costa, M.K. Shaikh and Sunil Kawthankar, along with other Congress leaders, office bearers and party workers.
According to a GPCC statement, the leaders offered prayers for peace, harmony, wisdom and prosperity for Goa and sought divine guidance to serve the people with sincerity, humility and dedication.
The party said Sadguru Brahmeshanand Swami Acharya blessed the delegation and shared spiritual guidance, encouraging them to uphold the values of truth, righteousness, selfless service and social harmony.
