Panaji: The Goa Table Tennis Association (GTTA) has announced a busy tournament calendar for June and July 2026, featuring a series of All Goa Major Ranking Tournaments that will bring together players from across the state in various age categories.
The season will begin with the MCC Sports Club Ranking Tournament, scheduled from June 19 to 21 at the Multipurpose Stadium in Fatorda. The competition will cater to the Under 11, Under 13 and Under 15 age groups, providing young paddlers an opportunity to earn valuable ranking points and gain competitive experience.
The action will continue with the Ponda Table Tennis Sports Club Ranking Tournament, which will be held from June 24 to 28 at the Ponda Sports Complex. The event is expected to attract leading table tennis players from different parts of Goa as they compete for top rankings.
In July, Saxtii Sports and Cultural Club will organize the next major ranking tournament from July 3 to 5 at the U.V. TT Academy in Margao. The tournament will serve as another important platform for players looking to strengthen their standings in the state rankings.
One of the highlights of the calendar will be the Naguesh–Sushila Verenkar Memorial Tournament, organized by Chandor Sports Club. The prestigious event is scheduled to take place from July 17 to 19 at the Chandor Club Multipurpose Hall in Chandor and is expected to witness strong participation from some of Goa’s top table tennis talents.
Players interested in participating in the opening MCC Ranking Tournament can submit their entries online before June 17. The Goa Table Tennis Association has encouraged players and enthusiasts to stay updated through its official website and tournament communications.
With four major ranking events lined up over two months, the upcoming season promises intense competition and valuable opportunities for players to showcase their skills and improve their rankings on the state circuit.
