PANAJI: Panaji Police have registered a case against a man for allegedly trespassing into a flat at Altinho, Panaji, unlawfully taking possession of the property and retaining articles belonging to the complainant.
According to the complaint lodged by Pradeep Lotlikar of Britona, the incident occurred prior to September 2023 at House No. 124, Altinho, Panaji.
Police said the accused, Madukapuza Ninan, allegedly trespassed into a flat belonging to Ulhas Amant Lotlikar, took possession of the flat, and also occupied articles belonging to the complainant without authorisation.
Panaji Police have registered an offence, and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Deepesh Shetkar.
