DABOLIM: A case has been registered against Papu Shil, a resident of Tripura, for allegedly entering the restricted defence area of INS Hansa, Dabolim, without lawful authority or permission.
According to the complaint filed by Parth, Lieutenant Commander of INS Hansa, the incident took place on August 21, 2026, at around 7.30 pm at INS Hansa, Dabolim. Shil allegedly entered the prohibited area with the intention of committing an offence.
Further investigation into the case is being conducted by PSI Plato Carvalho of Vasco Police Station.
