PANAJI: Air travellers between Mumbai and Goa are set to see changes in flight operations as the redevelopment of Mumbai Airport’s Terminal 1 triggers a reshuffle of domestic services.
At least six Mumbai–Goa flights a day are expected to be affected, with services being moved to Navi Mumbai International Airport or other terminals as part of the operational adjustments.
Among the services confirmed for relocation is IndiGo flight 6E5177, which will operate from Navi Mumbai International Airport from October 25.
The changes are linked to the phased redevelopment of Mumbai Airport’s Terminal 1, with airlines expected to redistribute flights across available airport infrastructure during the work.
