PANAJI: Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Artikumari Naik has directed a fresh non-bailable warrant against social activist Shreha Dargalkar.
Shreha Dhargalkar and three others have been charge-sheeted by the Crime Branch under Sections 452,341,506,336, and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code for having on 27th November 2017 trespassed into the office of Adv Aires Rodrigues at Ribandar and assaulting him.
The earlier non-bailable warrant issued by the JMFC on 2nd August against Shreha Dhargalkar was returned by the Crime Branch unexecuted while informing the Court that she could not be traced.
The JMFC has now directed the Investigating Officer Inspector Dattaguru Sawant to remain present in Court at the next hearing on 6th September if the fresh non-bailable warrant against the accused Shreha Dhargalkar is not executed.
