PANAJI: The 9th meeting of the District Cooperative Development Committee for North Goa was held at the Conference Hall of the Collectorate, Panaji, to review the progress of cooperative initiatives in the district.
The meeting was chaired by Additional Collector-II Akshay G. Potekar and attended by Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies (Technical) Kaushik B. Dessai, along with representatives from various government departments.
The committee reviewed the current status of cooperative development initiatives being undertaken across North Goa.
Discussions focused on strengthening coordination between different departments, promoting the growth of the cooperative sector and ensuring the effective implementation of ongoing initiatives in the district.
The meeting also emphasised the need for continued inter-departmental cooperation to facilitate the smooth execution of cooperative programmes and strengthen their impact at the grassroots level.
