PANAJI: The Passport Seva Kendra (PSK), presently located at Passport Bhavan, 13-A, EDC Complex, Patto Plaza, Panaji, will be shifted to new premises at Royal City of Joy, near Audit Bhawan, Pilerne, Bardez, with effect from Monday, November 2, 2026.
According to the Department of Information and Publicity, the relocation of the existing co-located Passport Seva Kendra to dedicated premises is aimed at improving infrastructure and enhancing the quality of passport services provided to the public.
All applicants who have scheduled appointments at the existing PSK Panaji on or after November 2 have been requested to visit the new PSK Goa at Royal City of Joy, near Audit Bhawan, Pilerne, Bardez, on their respective appointment dates and at the timings mentioned in their application receipts.
However, the Regional Passport Office (RPO), Goa, will continue to function from its existing premises at Passport Bhavan, Patto Plaza, Panaji.
The back-office operations of the Regional Passport Office and other miscellaneous services, including issuance of Surrender Certificates and Apostille services, will also continue to be provided from the existing office at Patto Plaza.
The relocation is expected to strengthen passport service delivery in Goa through improved infrastructure and greater convenience for applicants.
