PONDA: Eight-month Pregnant Woman who was travelling on a bike was injured after she fell off the motorcycle she was travelling. She was shifted to Sub District Hospital. According to local Kisan Naik, the roads are dug for laying underground power cables and have not been restored yet.
He said the woman was travelling pillion on the bike, and after reaching Kapileshwarim, Sharp turned bike rider applied a break to avoid a pothole on the road, following which another bike proceeding dashed the bike, due to which the pregnant woman fell on the ground. The locals shifted her to Hospital and blamed the government for not restoring the roads dug for power cabling.
