PONDA: Mines Department and Collem police conducted a raid on an illegal laterite stone quarry and arrested four locals at Tatodi Dharbandora.
According to Police, after getting information, they reached the site and informed Mines Department, who reached the spot after some time and registered FIR into the case.
Following this, Police arrested four, including the owner, and seized machinery involved in laterite stone extraction. This includes one JCB, two cutting and three power tillers seized.
