SHIRODA: Dr Akshaya Pawaskar, a young medical officer collapsed while on duty at Primary Health Centre (PHC) at Shiroda. Dr Pawaskar was 38 years old.
Dr Akshaya was a dedicated and hardworking doctor who managed the Shiroda COVID hospital during the challenging times of the pandemic.
“I was deeply saddened to hear about the sudden passing of Dr. Akshaya Pawaskar, a young medical officer who collapsed while on duty,” said Health Minister Vishwjit Rane
He further said that he will further investigation to learn the underlying cause.
“My heartfelt condolences go out to her family during this difficult time. We have lost a good doctor today. May the family find the strength to cope during this difficult time,” he added
