CURCHOREM: All Goa Inter College Cocktail and Mocktail competition ‘CONCOCTIONS 2023’ for budding mixologist from various hospitality and catering institutions of Goa were organised by Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHMCT) in their auditorium.
Director of Food and Beverage of cruise line Royal Carribbean Francis Dias and Guitry Velho were the chief guest and guest of honour respectively who gave away the prizes to the winners in the presence of Praduman, one of teh top mixologist of India, Chairman of Xaverian Educational Society Fr. Mateus Fernandes, Fr. Jerry Vaz, Fr. Walter Miranda, Fr. Romeo D’Silva and IHMCT Principal Fr. Joaquim Rebello.
Altogether 27 students represented their respective institutions and Shivangi Vidhyarthi of IHM begged the first prize, Braydon Fernandes of IHMCT second prize and the third prize to Joel Fernandes of AIFCCS. The most entertaining bartender in the cocktail category awarded to Vilsmon Fernandes of V.M. Salgaonkar.
In Mocktail category Lenon Antao of St. Alex HSS, Melbourne Bothelo of St. Xavier HSS and Zion Quodros of Rosary HSS begged the first, second and third prize respectively.
