Mapusa: St. Xavier’s College claimed the Runners-Up title at the Goa University Inter-Collegiate Table Tennis Tournament, showcasing impressive skill and teamwork throughout the competition.
The team — comprising Shantesh Mapsekar, Soham Dabholkar, Shivprasad Patil, Jordan Lobo, and Voughan Fernandes — put up a strong fight against top contenders, earning their place in the finals.
Adding to the college’s glory, Mr. Shantesh Swapnil Mapsekar was honoured with the ‘Best Player of the Tournament’ award for his stellar individual performance and consistent displays of excellence at the table.
