PANAJI: The Tiatr Academy of Goa (TAG), an autonomous body under the Government of Goa, will conduct a one-day Orientation Course in Tiatr on June 2, 2025. The course will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Conference Hall of TAG, focusing on key elements of the Tiatr art form, including Direction, Script Writing, Acting, Singing, and Technical Sections.
This initiative aims to attract youth, college students, and aspiring tiatrists by offering expert guidance across various aspects of Tiatr production. The course is designed to develop participants’ skills in stagecraft, including direction, stage setting, make-up, and technical operations.
By providing hands-on training and expert-led sessions, the programme seeks to enhance the quality of Tiatr performances and promote the preservation of Goa’s unique cultural and theatrical heritage.
