PANAJI: Ukrainian vlogger Svetlana Haienko had a heartwarming encounter while enjoying Vada Pav in Goa. A fellow customer generously volunteered to pay for her snack while pledging support to her country, which is currently facing a war with Russia.
With a substantial following of over 49,000 on Instagram, Svetlana has been chronicling her experiences in Goa. This particular incident gained widespread attention after she shared it on her Instagram account.
In her Instagram post, Svetlana expressed her surprise and gratitude for the kind gesture.
She recounted her experience of trying a vada pav from a roadside shop in North Goa, where a fellow customer recognized her nationality and insisted on paying for her snack to show support for Ukraine.
During the video, Svetlana can be seen interacting with the owner of the Vada Pav stall Rupesh, expressing her appreciation for the delicious snack.
