London: The Vibrant Goa Foundation has intensified its international outreach ahead of the Vibrant Goa Global Business Summit 2026, which will be held in Goa from October 29 to 31, by engaging with the global Goan community and key business leaders in the United Kingdom.
As part of the initiative, Milind Anvekar, Chairman of the Confederation of Global Goan Entrepreneurs and Professionals (COGGE), visited the London Borough of Hounslow to promote the summit and strengthen business collaboration between Goa and the UK.
During the visit, Anvekar met Councillor Pamila Rodrigues, who represents Hounslow Central Ward and traces her roots to Raia, Goa. He also held discussions with Council Leader Shantanu Rajawat of Heston West Ward on expanding economic partnerships and encouraging wider participation in the upcoming business summit.
The meetings focused on creating stronger links between Goa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and the UK business community, while exploring opportunities for investment, networking and cross border collaboration. Rajawat welcomed the initiative and expressed support for deeper engagement leading up to the summit.
Anvekar was accompanied by Umesh Naik, a UK based entrepreneur, who highlighted the potential of the summit to foster meaningful business relationships between Goa, the United Kingdom and the wider global Goan diaspora.
Launched earlier this year by the Vibrant Goa Foundation, COGGE aims to unite Goan entrepreneurs and professionals across the world with businesses based in Goa. The platform is designed to increase global visibility, encourage partnerships and create new opportunities for innovation, investment and sustainable business growth.
A key highlight of the summit will be the Global Goan Convention on October 30, offering a dedicated platform for the worldwide Goan community to connect with Goa’s rapidly evolving business and startup landscape.
