PANAJI: Tourist Police Unit (TPU) of Goa Police traced a missing 4 year old minor girl at Calangute beach.
As per information namely Kanwar Lal r/o Mumbai approached patrolling staff of TPU deployed at Calangute beach near Goan Heritage and informed that his 4 years old minor girl is missing from Calangute Beach.
After listening him, the patrolling staff consisting of PC Ashok Thanekar and PC- Ramakant Pednekar conducted thorough patrolling on the beach and finally traced the missing girl near Candolim beach.
There after proper verification the child was handed over to her father Kanwar Lal r/o Mumbai Maharashtra.
The efforts taken by the patrolling staff were highly appreciated by the parents of the child and the tourist at large.
