PANAJI: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Goa Forward Party (GFP) have launched a joint campaign urging voters not to be “fooled” by the Congress and BJP for a third time, with plans to put up posters carrying the message at prominent locations across Goa.
The campaign uses the slogan, “Congress & BJP cheated you twice. Don’t let them cheat you the 3rd time,” as a direct appeal to voters ahead of the next Assembly election.
The campaign artwork features a visual depicting a man and woman at a scenic coastal location, along with the logos of AAP and Goa Forward, to convey the parties’ message of presenting an alternative to the two larger political formations.
AAP and GFP said the poster campaign would be taken across Goa as part of their effort to reach voters and highlight what they describe as repeated failures by successive Congress and BJP governments.
The joint appeal comes as political activity begins to intensify in the state ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections, with smaller parties seeking to position themselves as alternatives to the established political players.
