Panaji: In yet another major gold haul, the Air Intelligence Unit of Goa Customs seized gild worth Rs 15 lakh from a Dubai passenger.
The AIU headed by the Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Airport) effected a seizure of 345 grams of gold bars valued at Rs. 15,42,098 (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Forty Two Thousand and Ninety Eight only).
The gold was seized from a passenger from Indigo Airline arrived from Dubai on Oct 31 at Dabolim Airport.
