According to police, the deceased identified as Anand Kulkarni, a resident of Dadar, Mumbai, was riding a Fascino scooter when the accident occurred opposite Sainik Aramgarh, Bambolim. Following the mishap, he was rushed to Goa Medical College (GMC), Bambolim, by a 108 ambulance and admitted to Ward 107 for treatment.
