New Delhi: The flood situation in Assam remains critical, with the death toll rising to 78 as heavy rains continue to impact several parts of the state. According to the latest official figures, seven districts remain affected, while more than 3 lakh people have been impacted by the floods. The worst-hit districts include Sivasagar, Charaideo, Golaghat, Jorhat, Nagaon, Biswanath and Kamrup Metropolitan district. New Delhi: Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has said that only some Bharat Stage III (BS III) vehicles manufactured before 2016 may require minor replacements of rubber parts and gaskets before using E20 petrol, while no engine modifications are needed for cars or two wheelers.
