Goemkarponn Desk DELHI: In a major relief to Goa Government, the Supreme Court on Tuesday stayed the Bombay High Court at Goa’s interim stay on development based on permissions/conversions granted under the outline development plan (ODP) notified on Dec 15, 2022 for Calangute, Candolim, Arpora, Nagoa and Parra.
