Goemkarponn desk PONDA: In a horrific accident between a scooter and a modified bike that took today at around 11.30 am at Rathamal -Kapileshwarim, both bike riders were seriously injured. The scooter rider( GA05 N 3076) received leg fractures while motorcycle rider( GA 02 M 0753 modified bike) too suffered body injuries. Goemkarponn desk MAPUSA: Colvale police seized two stolen bullet motorcycles from the parking place on Monday. As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi, during the vigil maintained by police staff, 02 Bullet m/cycles with reg no: GA-11-F-1212 and GA-06-Y-0653 were found in a parking place near Colvale bridge which were brought to the police station. One of the bullets is stolen from the Mapusa area. An FIR under section 379 IPC is registered, and an investigation is on to trace the accused persons by a team of PI Somnath Mahajik, PSI Sushant Sangodkar, Head Constable Mahadev Parab and others.
