Goemkarponn desk CANACONA: While about 35 Matoli ingredients selling vendors have shown their interest, PWD has erected two pandals of varied sizes at two different places in Canacona at an overall cost of 13 Lakhs of rupees. It may be recalled that the government has decided to set up Matoli Markets in each of the 12 taluka, and accordingly, PWD is reportedly given the task of erecting the required pandals, which are to be occupied by Matoli ingredients selling vendors. According to Canacona police, the deceased Krishna Lamani, age 27 yrs, was presently a resident of Desai Wada Agonda but a native of Gadag Karnataka.
