Sawant told reporters that the IFFI will be held as per schedule. The IFFI is annually held between November 20 to 28. PANJIM: Goa has topped in terms of the highest Covid-19 tests carried out so far at 94,773 tests per million as on August 11, while Delhi comes second but far below Goa as it has so far recorded 65,397 tests per million. PANJIM: Goa University (GU) today has issued a circular directing it’s affiliated colleges to commence online classes for the academic year 2020-21 from September 1, 2020. “According to special ordinance issued by Goa University on Monday, it has decided to commence online classes for its affiliated colleges in the state from 1st September 2020.
