Panaji: The Goa cabinet on Monday approved draft amendment to Section 3 of the Goa Regularisation of Unathorised construction (Amendment) Bill 2021 which proposes to exclude cultivable land and orchard land from Eco Sensitive Zone (ESZ) –II. The Bill will be placed before the state legislative assembly.
