Second dry run of COVID vaccination for the state of Goa was successfully conducted by Directorate of Health Services on 8th Jan 2021 from 10am to 12 pm. Planning, implementation , monitoring and evaluation of this dry run was done by cloud based IT solution in the form of COWIN portal application. Panaji:The coast witnessed a triple rescue in Calangute and a single rescue in Arambol today. There was a triple rescue at Calangute earlier today involving three males from Karnataka. Two were aged 28 while the third was 30 yrs. A group of 10, all hailing from Karnataka went into the sea for a dip when three of them drifted into the deep and found themselves being dragged deeper into the sea. The others raised an alarm.
