BAINA: MLA Sankalp Amonkar, along with local councillors, visited the Nayak family in Baina following the late-night dacoity at their residence. Calling the incident “very unfortunate,” Amonkar said such a gang robbery had never occurred in the area before. He noted that the masked assailants appeared to have conducted a prior survey, identified CCTV blind spots, latched neighbours’ doors from outside, and entered the house through the kitchen.
Amonkar said he would meet the Chief Minister to discuss the matter and expressed confidence that police would soon arrest the culprits and deliver justice to the Nayak family.
