The District Magistrate, South Goa has imposed a complete ban on all activities involving use of lantern kites/ wish kites and use of laser beam with high intensity lights especially during festivals within 10 kms of Dabolim Airport boundary to avoid danger to the safety of the aircrafts during its landing and takeoff for a period of 60 days with immediate effect.
