Panaji: Eight people lost their lives on Saturday as the COVID19 death count reached 641.
However the cases repotted were just 169 and recoveries were 183.
Interestingly, the tests were just 1263.
Out of eight deaths 7 death’s were at GMC
and 01 death at ESI hospital.
At GMC there are 2 patients who have expired were within 24 hours of arrival at the hospital.
One patient expired within 2 hours and the other patient expired within 8 hours.
The victims included 56 year old female from Cortalim, 65 year male from Bhatkal, Karnataka, 90 year male from Calangute, 83 year old male from Mapusa, 72 year old male from Ponda, 65 year male from Assonora, 48 year old male from Mapusa and 55 year ild male from Cortalim.
