Panaji: Former Goa Congress President & CWC member Girish Chodankar has demanded action on #CashforJob Scam in South Goa Collectorate.
Chodankar strongly condemns the alleged #CashforJob scam at the South Goa Collectorate.
“The serious allegations demand a thorough investigation by a Judicial Commission, appointed by Dr. Pramod Sawant,” he said.
Chodankar said Minister Babush Monserratte’s claims of non-involvement in the recruitment process are dubious, given his past record of favouring builders over the public during his tenure as TCP Minister.
“His position is untenable, and he must either resign immediately or be dismissed by the CMO Goa, followed by a full inquiry into the recruitment process,” he said.
“The people of Goa deserve transparency and accountability from their government and we cannot allow our youth to suffer due to high-handed cash for jobs in every department. We urge the authorities to take swift action to restore public trust,” stated Girish Chodankar.
