CHANDOR: Four persons have been arrested by Maina Curtorim police for breaking into a house at Chandor at night and stealing two mobiles by threatening the house owner with a sickle.
House owner Rendy Fernandes from Kotawada-Chandor had filed a complaint regarding the incident that took place on the night of Oct 18.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Karnataka natives Krishna Kumar (age 20 years, presently residing at Savordem), Ghulami Havaldar (age 20 years), Aslam Mastana (age 20 years, presently residing at Savordem) and Nepal native Rohit Chaudhar (presently residing at Malbhat, Margao).
