PANAJI: Goa University is playing with the career and future of students. Despite the final year examination, the results of about 10,000 students, including graduate and post-graduate students, have not been declared by Goa University. In this regard, NSUI State President Naushad Chowdhari has filed a complaint against Goa University, which failed to declare the results of UG and PG students.
On Thursday, NSUI met the Governor and submitted the complaint. Naushad has also requested the governor to take action against Goa University in this matter. This is happening, again and again, every semester, and the university is delaying the announcement of the exam result.
Initially, it was said the university that the result would be announced on August 5. After that, the date was postponed to August 18. Chaudhary has warned that if the result is not declared on 18th, we will besiege the vice-chancellor on the 19th.
Goa University NAAC Grading and NIRF Ranking Number is come down. From this, it is clear that the university is not serious in its work. Due to this, it seems that it has become a tradition of Goa University to announce the results late. The Goa University Management System (Goa University Management System) is responsible for all these things. Naushad said at this time that the system has complete information about the university, and it also declares the admissions, exams and results. Still, all these things are happening because of the malfunction in the system itself.
Goa University has spent about Rs 8 crore on the company for this system. But, the result is zero. Inquiring about the result Goa University, Goa University is falsely telling that no marks have been received. Evidence that colleges are sending scores on time. So if any college has sent the marks late then the university should make it public. If the answer is no, explain why the university supports a management system monitoring company.
Although the admission process for further education has started, students are finding it difficult to get admission as the results are not yet available. Therefore, Naushad demanded that also Chief Minister should also intervene and take action as the Education Minister of the state.
